General

By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, the O2oCarSales O2oCarSales, the O2oCarSales Privacy Policy, and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the network of O2oCarSales sites.
If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your membership of O2oCarSales in any way, your only remedy is to immediately:
a) discontinue your use of O2oCarSales; and
b) terminate your membership by notifying O2oCarSales in writing. Click here for contact information.

Membership Information

When registering as a member of O2oCarSales, you must provide O2oCarSales with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform O2oCarSales of any changes to that information. You may do this at any time by clicking on the 'Change details' section on each of the sites within O2oCarSales. All personal information you provide O2oCarSales as a member will be treated in accordance with the O2oCarSales Privacy Policy.

Username and Password

Once you become a member of O2oCarSales, you will receive a username and a password. You must ensure that these remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password, including unauthorised use of your or any other credit card. You must notify O2oCarSales immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and password. Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.

Termination and alterations by O2oCarSales

O2oCarSales may at its discretion terminate your membership of, or access to, O2oCarSales at any time. If this happens we will notify you.
In such event:
You are no longer authorised to access O2oCarSales;
You will continue to be subject to and bound by all restrictions imposed on you by these terms & conditions; and
All licenses granted by you and all disclaimers by O2oCarSales and limitations of O2oCarSales's liability set out in these terms and conditions or elsewhere on O2oCarSales will survive.

Updates to O2oCarSales

O2oCarSales may change or discontinue any feature of O2oCarSales including content, hours of availability and equipment required for access.
O2oCarSales may change and update these terms and conditions, the O2oCarSales O2oCarSales or the O2oCarSales Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions of these documents will be posted on each O2oCarSales site. You are responsible for ensuring that you regularly review these documents. Your continued use of the O2oCarSales after any such changes are made will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.

O2oCarSales
This agreement together with any additional terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained elsewhere on O2oCarSales form the conditions of supply of material on, use of and access to O2oCarSales. Your continued use of O2oCarSales constitutes an affirmative, acknowledgment and agreement by you that you accept and agreeto abide and be bound by these conditions and any modifications.

Should you object to any of these conditions or any subsequent modifications your only recourse is to immediately discontinue your use of O2oCarSales.

From time to time, O2oCarSales may run competitions, prize draws and promotions on O2oCarSales. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be made known to you at the time.

All terms and conditions that govern your use of O2oCarSales (including disclaimers) may only be amended in writing signed by an authorised officer of O2oCarSales and O2oCarSales may amend them from time to time.

Accuracy of information and disclaimer of warranties
All material on O2oCarSales is provided in good faith. It is derived from sources believed to be accurate and current as at the date of publication. Your use of O2oCarSales is at your sole risk. Online Security
At O2oCarSales we take your online security very seriously. As such, we have prepared the following guidelines and information to help you enjoy trouble free browsing when visiting our websites or interacting with our email messages.

O2oCarSales will never ask you to provide personal information like your bank details, credit card details, your address, driving licence or passport numbers via email.

Your conduct
As a condition of your use of O2oCarSales or any services on O2oCarSales, you warrant to O2oCarSales that you will not use O2oCarSales for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms & conditions or any other terms, conditions or notices appearing anywhere on O2oCarSales. You agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

In particular, you agree not to:
use O2oCarSales to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise offend others;
publish, distribute, e-mail, transmit or disseminate any material which is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, indecent, offensive or inappropriate;

breach any applicable laws or regulations.
O2oCarSales has no obligation to monitor any user's use of O2oCarSales, however O2oCarSales retains the right at all times to monitor, retain and disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
You will indemnify O2oCarSales if O2oCarSales or its related bodies corporate suffer any loss or damage or incur any costs in connection with any breach of these conditions or any other legal obligation by you or your use of or conduct on O2oCarSales.

GST
Unless stated to be otherwise, charges referred to for use of any services provided by O2oCarSales via O2oCarSales are GST inclusive. Where GST applies, upon payment for online credit by a O2oCarSales member, O2oCarSales will deduct the GST it incurs from each payment and O2oCarSales will issue the member with a Tax Invoice. The balance of the payment will be credited to a member's account. GST means the Australian goods and services tax charged under A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (the "Act"). Tax invoice means tax invoice as defined by the Act.

Third party links and advertising
Hyperlinks and pointers to websites operated by third parties will appear on O2oCarSales from time to time. These websites do not form part of O2oCarSales and are not under the control of O2oCarSales or its related bodies corporate and neither O2oCarSales nor its related bodies corporate have any responsibility for the contents of any such hyperlink or linked website. If you link to any such websites you leave O2oCarSales and do so entirely at your own risk.

Limitation of liability
O2oCarSales and its related bodies corporate do not exclude any rights and remedies available to you under the Trade Practices Act or any similar State or Territory legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. Otherwise O2oCarSales and its related bodies corporate exclude all conditions and warranties that may be implied by law. To the extent permitted by law, O2oCarSales's liability for breach of any implied warranty or condition which cannot be excluded is restricted, at O2oCarSales's option, to:

in the case of services supplied or offered by O2oCarSales:

the re-supply of those services; or
the payment of the cost of having those services re-supplied; and
in the case of goods supplied or offered by O2oCarSales:
the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
the repair of the goods;
the payment of the cost of having the goods replaced; or
the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.
You expressly agree and understand that in no circumstances will O2oCarSales or its related bodies corporate be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential losses or damages or loss of profits of whatever nature howsoever arising (including but not limited to any act or omission by O2oCarSales or its related bodies corporate) which result from (i) the use of or access to or any inability to use or access O2oCarSales or any material on O2oCarSales; (ii) unauthorised access to or alterations of your transmissions or data; or (iii) statements or conduct of any third party on O2oCarSales. Excluding liability for negligence the maximum liability of O2oCarSales and its related bodies corporate is equivalent to the total of any amounts you have paid to O2oCarSales and its related bodies corporate in respect of goods or services supplied to you by O2oCarSales or its related bodies corporate through O2oCarSales.

Applicable law
These conditions and all other specific and additional terms which govern your use or membership of and access to O2oCarSales will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Western Australia, Australia.
